Paramore Release Second Song 'Hello Cold World' From 'Singles Club'

Paramore have made public a new song called "Hello Cold World". The band fronted by Hayley Williams release the song as a second offering from their "Singles Club" series which is a way of getting a trio of songs directly to the Paramore family.

"I feel happy I feel sad I feel like running through the walls/ I'm over joyed I'm undecided, I don't know who I am/ And maybe I'm not perfect, at least I'm workin' on it," Hayley sings over the poppy tune. "It's not the way you plan it it's how you make it happen."

She continues, "You say you're really hurtin', at least you're feelin' somethin'/ We can hope and we can pray that everything will work out fine/ You can't just stay down on your knees, the revolution is outside/ You wanna make a difference, get out and go and get it."

"Singles Club" was kicked off by the release of "Renegade" which had actually been showcased in a live concert a few weeks before the "Club" was announced. The song was produced by Rob Cavallo, and was taken from studio sessions of "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" soundtrack "Monster".

After "Hello Cold World", there will be a third and final song called "In the Mourning" coming out to wrap up the "Club". The song was first revealed by Hayley in a form of brief demo. The frontwoman said back then, "I didn't want to post the full thing yet because I don't want people thinking it's a new Paramore song. This is just something I wrote for fun."

The "Singles Club" itself is a special treat to tide fans over while Paramore are working on their next studio installment. "We really wanted to do something special for all of you around the holidays to thank you for making 2011 so amazing and sticking with us as we go into 2012 and start working on the new album," they said.
